We manage high class properties in the London area, and this necessitates electricians, H & S, Fire and security contractors that are knowledgeable, have good communication skills, have critical thinking, are dependable and focused. Recently a complicated access security system designed by another company in one of our new-build high class blocks failed and residents were locked out of the building. We contacted Command Fire & Security who worked through the early hours of the morning so that residents could get into and out of their homes. Command Fire & Security then produced a method to resolve an identified design defect in a complex computerised system that could pose a potential fire and access risk to the building. This plan was then put into implementation at a commercial and competitor level.

On another occasion, we had an entry and security system in a listed building, again designed and installed by another company with a newly installed ‘secure door’ that was so complicated that it was impossible for the design and installation company to resolve a failure issue after several attempts. Clive at Command Fire & Security worked out a system that was simple and effective to repair original ‘Design Faulted’ parts and replace them and it has worked perfectly ever since.

Design solutions and quotations are produced quickly, and invoices are clearly referenced and easy to understand. We use Command Fire & Security for all our fire maintenance and sprinkler services and Steve is proactive and diarises and keeps track of all the required visit dates.

The staff at Command Fire & Security, although extremely knowledgeable and expert, are down to earth, “no nonsense” people who focus on solutions, not problems. No task is too small or too big for them. Steve and Clive are a dream to work with.

In the aftermath of Grenfell, we are so glad that we are ‘connected’ to this company and can’t imagine our business functioning without them. Command Fire & Security have very competitive call-out rates for small ‘one-off repairs’ and full ‘Turnkey’ quotations are always ‘honoured’ even if they take a little longer or require a few more parts than envisaged.
